Our
Mission & Values
MOCA is built on evidence based practices and a belief that strong positive male relationships are vital to a boy’s success and growth whether it be in the classroom, the community, between peers, teachers, mentors or family.
We were founded in 2018, by three spiritually grounded native Washingtonian youth advocates, Mark Littlejohn, Anthony Gough, and Donnie Littlejohn. These three men came together through their friendship and shared experiences growing up in the inner city of Washington DC and with a common desire to provide positive male influences to young boys and men of color in their communities.
