Donnie Littlejohn

Donnie Littlejohn is one of the founding members of Men of Color Alliance (MOCA). MOCA is Washington DC based non-profit mentoring organization that is Federally tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Donnie is a native Washingtonian, who was raised in the Historic Deanwood section of Washington, DC (DC). Deanwood is well known as a self-reliant, self-sufficient and close-knit community. Donnie believes that his desire to mentor and instill close family and community values is a direct result of being raised and educated in Deanwood, where family value, community service and self sufficiency were at the forefront of his upbringing. He shares these same values with

MOCA’s mentees and mentors.

Donnie has a diverse background and a deep appreciation for diversity of perspective. He attended Phelps Vocational High School located in Washington DC, where majored in Auto-Body Repair. The trade that he used to help pay for his Bachelor Degree at Long Island University and a Law Degree at Howard University School of Law.

Through his own personal and professional mentoring experience Donnie understands the effect positive male influence can have young boys and men of color. This perspective was elevated to new heights when he and two other native Washingtonians youth advocates ( Mark Littlejohn and Anthony Gough) founded MOCA and partnered with Maryland Mentors, National Mentoring Association and DC Public Schools.

This association confirmed his impact as mentor, enhanced his leadership skills and provided a high level of self satisfaction in knowing that little things matter, you don’t have to hit a home run every time. Donnie’s message to prospective mentors is a quote from President Barack Obama.

"Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek."

DJ TKO's love for music runs deep in his veins as he was born into a family of musicians, producers, and songwriters. Being exposed to music's entertainment world at a young age sparked his love and passion for making his mark in the industry. At a young age, he became a student of music by learning to play the drums, music production, and scouting out new talent as a producer. Later on in his career, he became a promoter to his events, which significantly influenced him to become one of the most stand-up and sought-after DJs. His services extend to serving the corporate arena, communities, private events, weddings, club functions, and parties. He uses his love for music as a platform to reach both mentors and mentee for MOCA and other community organizing events.
